Shipping and Returns
If you or your installer ever require assistance with a product purchased from Bay Area Locks, we do not charge for telephone assistance while installing or servicing your locks.

Products purchased from Bay Area Locks can be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided that the items are in resellable condition and include the complete packaging originally shipped with the product. A restocking fee may be imposed of 15% if the item is not defective. Special order items may not be returnable, but please contact us if you are interested in returning an item.

Note that return shipping will not be reimbursed, and please ensure you use a shipping method that includes a confirmation of delivery. To obtain a return authorization number, send an email or call us with your order number and the product you would like to return. A replacement product, store credit, or refund will be issued when the product arrives to us.
